Will penetration testing or security work disrupt our production systems?+

No — we scope testing and assessment work specifically to avoid touching live production or OT systems without explicit agreement, and always coordinate timing around your operational schedule. Where OT systems are in scope at all, we favor passive assessment and documentation review over active testing unless you specifically want and approve it.

Do we need ISO 27001 if we're not selling directly to enterprise customers?+

It depends on your supply chain position. If you supply components, materials, or services to larger enterprise or multinational buyers, they increasingly flow down security requirements to their suppliers — meaning ISO 27001 or a completed questionnaire can become a condition of doing business, even if you're several tiers removed from the end customer.

How do you handle legacy equipment that can't be patched or updated?+

This is common in manufacturing environments, and it's addressed through compensating controls rather than forcing an unrealistic patching mandate — network segmentation, restricted access, and monitoring around the equipment, so risk is managed even where the device itself can't be hardened directly.
